1. About Us
Dubai Tour Experts is a private, third-party visa consultancy service operated by Pinoy Tourism and Travels L.L.C., a duly registered entity in the United Arab Emirates (Registry No. 5919400, Economic License No. CN-2503064), with its registered office at Abu Dhabi Plaza Tower, Office No. 803, Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 111209.
We specialise in assisting Turkish nationals and residents with the preparation, review, and submission of Dubai visa applications. Our services are designed to simplify the UAE visa process for travellers from Turkey, including but not limited to those applying from Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Çayırova, and other Turkish cities.
2. Scope of Our Services
Dubai Tour Experts provides the following services to eligible applicants:
- Online UAE tourist and visit visa application assistance
- Document review, verification, and submission support
- Express visa processing
- Pre-application eligibility guidance specific to Turkish passport holders
- Application tracking and status updates
- Dedicated customer support for Turkish travellers
What we do not do: We do not issue, approve, or reject visas. The UAE visa is issued exclusively by the UAE immigration authorities. Dubai Tour Experts acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the preparation and submission of your application.
3. Eligibility to Use Our Services
To use our services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age. If you are submitting an application on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their legal parent or guardian.
3.2 You must hold a valid Turkish passport or be a Turkish expat living in Turkey, legally authorised to travel internationally.
3.3 You must provide accurate, complete, truthful, and current personal and documentary information at the time of application. Submission of false, forged, or misleading information is a serious offence under UAE law and may result in a permanent visa ban, deportation, and/or criminal prosecution.
3.4 You must be legally permitted under Turkish and UAE law to engage in travel for the purpose you have stated in your application.
3.5 You must not be subject to a UAE visa ban, overstay penalty, or immigration restriction at the time of application.
4. Application Process and Accuracy of Information
4.1 By submitting an application through our platform, you confirm that all information, documents, and declarations provided are genuine, accurate, and complete.
4.2 It is your sole responsibility to make sure that your passport details, travel dates, photograph, and supporting documents meet the UAE immigration requirements stated on our website at the time of application.
4.3 Dubai Tour Experts will conduct a documentary review of your submission before forwarding it for processing. However, this review is a support function and does not constitute a legal guarantee that your application meets all current UAE immigration requirements.
4.4 Any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the information you provide are entirely your responsibility. Dubai Tour Experts bears no liability for rejection or delay caused by applicant error.
4.5 If our team identifies incomplete or incorrect documentation after submission, we will contact you to request corrections. Failure to respond within the time frame communicated may result in application withdrawal, for which no refund will be applicable once the file has been submitted to the UAE authorities.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 All service fees are displayed on our website in United States dollars (USD) with approximate Turkish lira (TRY) equivalents.
5.2 The fees listed on our website cover Dubai Tour Experts’ service and processing charges. They are separate from any fees charged directly by UAE immigration authorities, which are embedded in the total amount payable.
5.3 Payments must be made through our secure, encrypted payment gateways using a valid credit card, debit card, or other accepted digital payment methods. We do not accept cash payments.
5.4 Dubai Tour Experts does not store your full card or banking details on our servers. All payment transactions are handled through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
5.5 Fees paid for our services are for the consultancy, facilitation, and processing functions performed by our team. Payment does not guarantee visa approval.
5.6 We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your application is the price displayed at the time of payment.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is structured as follows:
6.1 Cancellation Before Submission to UAE Authorities
If you request cancellation after payment but before your application has been forwarded to the UAE immigration system, a partial refund may be considered. In such cases, our service and administrative handling charges will be deducted, and the remaining balance (where applicable) will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
6.2 Cancellation After Submission to UAE Authorities
Once your application has been submitted to the UAE immigration authorities, the government processing fees become non-recoverable. No refund will be issued for the government portion of the fees. Any refund of our service fee component will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
6.3 No Refund Circumstances
No refund will be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- The application is rejected by UAE immigration authorities for any reason, including but not limited to immigration history, security checks, or incomplete documentation
- The applicant provided incorrect, fraudulent, or insufficient documentation
- The applicant failed to respond to our requests for additional documents within the required time frame
- The visa is approved, but the applicant does not travel or chooses not to use the visa
- The visa validity expires due to the applicant’s own inaction or travel plan changes
- The applicant is denied entry at the UAE border upon arrival (which is a separate decision from visa issuance)
6.4 Express Processing Fees
If you selected express processing and your visa is delayed beyond the express time frame due to circumstances within our control, the difference between express and standard processing fees will be refunded. Delays caused by UAE immigration authorities, public holidays, or incomplete documentation are not covered under this provision.
6.5 How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at info@dubaitourexperts.com with your application reference number and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
7. Visa Approval Disclaimer
7.1 Dubai Tour Experts acts as a facilitator and does not have any influence over the visa approval or rejection decision made by the UAE immigration authorities.
7.2 Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the UAE Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) and related government bodies. No private agency, including Dubai Tour Experts, can guarantee visa approval.
7.3 We strongly advise all applicants not to book non-refundable flights, non-refundable hotel reservations, or make any other irrecoverable financial commitments based solely on an in-progress visa application. You should wait until your visa has been formally issued before confirming travel arrangements.
7.4 Dubai Tour Experts will not be held liable for any financial losses, including but not limited to flight cancellation fees, hotel penalties, tour package forfeiture, or any other consequential losses arising from a visa rejection, delay, or denial at the UAE port of entry.
8. Visa Usage and Compliance
8.1 Once issued, your Dubai visa is subject to the terms set by the UAE immigration authorities. It is your responsibility to understand the conditions of your visa, including:
- The validity period (the window within which you must enter the UAE from the date of issuance)
- The duration of stay permitted upon entry
- Whether your visa is single-entry or multiple-entry
8.2 Overstaying a UAE visa beyond the permitted duration is a violation of UAE immigration law and may result in fines, deportation, a future entry ban, or other legal consequences. Dubai Tour Experts accepts no responsibility for overstay penalties incurred by applicants.
8.3 A tourist or visit visa does not permit the holder to engage in paid employment, unpaid internship, or business activity within the UAE. If you intend to work in the UAE, you must obtain the appropriate employment or business visa through the relevant UAE authority.
8.4 Turkish nationals are reminded that holding a valid Dubai tourist visa does not guarantee entry into the UAE. UAE immigration officers retain the right to refuse entry at the port of entry. Dubai Tour Experts cannot be held responsible for any denial of entry.
9. Document Handling and Security
9.1 When you submit documents through our platform, you consent to Dubai Tour Experts collecting, storing, and using those documents solely for the purpose of processing your visa application.
9.2 We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal data and documents from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.
9.3 Your documents will not be shared with any third party other than the UAE immigration authorities and our licensed processing partners who are directly involved in facilitating your application.

9.5 You are responsible for retaining copies of all documents submitted to us. We are not obligated to provide copies of your submitted documents after your application has been processed.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content published on https://dubaitourexperts.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, blog articles, service descriptions, and page layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of Dubai Tour Experts / Pinoy Tourism and Travels L.L.C. and is protected under applicable UAE and international copyright and intellectual property law.
10.2 You may access and view the content of this website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from this website without our express prior written permission.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dubai Tour Experts, Pinoy Tourism and Travels L.L.C., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the following:
